Established in 2014, Rapid Response Roofing & Restoration derived it's name from the basic premise that to better serve our customer's needs and protect people's homes, a roofing team should be a highly responsive and organized unit, almost like a fire rescue team responding to an emergency call. Leaks on your roof left undetected and untreated can cause major property damage, we don't take that responsibility lightly.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Edwin Duncan

CEO, President

Edwin began his career in the United States Navy and was stationed at Little Creek Amphibious Base in Virginia. After his military service, he pursued a career in the home improvement industry. Now with almost 20 years of experience he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. Edwin has also had a successful career as a volleyball coach. At Lambert High School amongst several tournament wins, he has also won back-to-back 7A Regional Championships. Edwin also coaches the 17’s age group at A5, the #3 club in the U.S. Full time father of 2 living in Buford Georgia, he enjoys boating and spending time out on Lake Lanier.

Eric Sutulovich

Chief Operating Officer

Eric has lived in the Flowery Branch area for 10 years with his wife and four children. Eric previously coached football in the NFL for 14 years (Falcons,Lions and Texans), 5 yrs in college and is currently an assistant coach at Cherokee Bluff High School. Eric had the honor of coaching in Super Bowl 51 with the Falcons. Eric is a member of the Knights of Columbus and does public speaking for his church. Eric loves to fish, BBQ and be on the water.

Mark Sherman

Executive Vice President

Mark is an Army Veteran and has worked for DeKalb County Fire & Rescue for 21 years, serving as Captain for the last 15 years. As the original founding partner of Rapid Response Roofing & Restoration, Mark implements the same ethical and professional principles to the Rapid Response team that he displays at the fire department. Mark is happily married with two children and enjoys traveling and scuba diving.

Rapid Response Roofing & Restoration is seeking roofing professionals who are driven, self-motivated, dependable, and can work with our crews safely to produce results for our clients.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking energetic and motivated men and women for entry level roofing sales positions. Sales experience is not required, but beneficial, especially in roofing/home improvement sales or commercial construction sales. Successful roofing sales reps will be on fast track to leadership and management roles.
